“The Lord is the strength of His people, and He is the saving strength of His anointed.” Psalm 28:8

Maybe today you feel weak or weary. Maybe you’re just tired. Tired of waiting, tired of thinking, tired of walking in circles. Maybe you’ve circled Jericho six times already and don’t feel like you can go on any longer. I encourage you, go on. Continue on because the Lord will strengthen you.

Isaiah 40:31 says “But those who wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up on wings as eagles, they ran run and not be weary, and they shall walk and not faint.” Child of God, there is nothing you will encounter in life where the Lord isn’t with you.

If you don’t serve the Lord but you’re tired and weary, He promises to give rest to His children. The choice is yours to lay your life in His hands. Close your eyes, throw yourself into the arms of a loving Father who will be everything you need. Let Him strengthen you this day. He is faithful to do so for those who put their trust in Him; for those who wait on Him, for those who cry out to Him.

Isaiah 40:28 also tells us that He is the everlasting God that does not faint nor is He weary. There is nothing you take to Him that will overwhelm Him. He can carry it all. It’s YOU He didn’t create to carry the burdens that weigh you down today.

So let it go into the hands of the One who has the power to change things in your favor. Simply, place your trust in Him and wait on Him.

Be encouraged today and let God be your strength. I’m praying this over everyone who reads this today, in Jesus name.
