“And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.” Jeremiah‬ ‭29:13‬‬

God promises that we will find Him when we seek Him with all our hearts. When we spend time in prayer, He talks to us. When we open up the Bible to feed on His Word, we receive a fresh Word from the Lord that leaves us in awe because it was exactly what we needed to hear or exactly what we were just praying about. Then there are those moments when you hear His voice so clearly in your spirit and you recognize it because Jesus said His sheep hear His voice and He knows them and they know Him (John 10:14,27). He promises you’ll find Him when you seek Him with all your heart.

I promise you, it’s true. The season I’ve been in for the past several months is one that requires me to seek the face of God before the advice of man like never before. Only He can answer my prayers. Only He is able to meet me where I am and meet the needs I have. Only He is able to show Himself mighty on my behalf. It is in this season that I’ve been taken back to my First Love; to that place of intimacy with my Savior and Best Friend. One where I hear His voice and know beyond a shadow of doubt that the whisper in my heart, was my God. I know without thinking twice that He hears me, I hear Him. I love our communion. This took place because I began to seek Him with all my heart.

So, I encourage you tonight, seek the Lord with all your heart because I promise you, you WILL find Him. He’s waiting for you. 💗
